We currently have the opportunity for a Senior Partner Coordinator to join our Partnerships and growth team. The purpose of this role is to support UTS College’s business targets by recruiting quality students in allocated regions within Vietnam. This involves supporting the Partner Managers on key events with education agents, key High Schools and other relevant stakeholders.
This is a full time ongoing position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
About the role
This position is responsible for:
- Participate in student recruitment events and activities in designated market as well as other regions as required
- Support the lead generation and conversion process
- Support the Partner Manager to attend channel partner exhibitions, seminars, social media and other initiatives.
- Assist their new and existing students as required by working with education agents and internal relevant stakeholders
- Support & grow new/potential education agent by training, answering student related queries and ensuring provision of consistent and superior levels of customer service.
- Support social media activities in Vietnam, translations and other digital/marketing campaign support for Vietnam. Working closely with CAD team.
- Support Partner Manager with High Schools Engagement activities, other external stakeholders
- General administration, handling all travel-related documentation, business expenses and reporting
- Comply with all UTS College policies and procedures and maintain agreed quality and education standards
- Support Partner Manager to compile regular reports and others as required.
About you
To succeed in this role you must have:
- A Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in consultancy or business support (experience in international education or marketing will be highly beneficial)
- High degree of skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and other CRMs
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Clear and personable communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused — can manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn
- Cross-cultural respect and understanding
- High level of communication skills including excellent stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, very well-developed
