We currently have multiple opportunities for Casual Enrolment officers to join the Student Administration team on a casual basis, reporting to the Student Administration Team Lead. This role will aid with facilitating student enrolments during peak enrolment periods generally when enrolments open 1-3 weeks prior to Semester Welcome Week up to Week 1 depending on student numbers.



About the Role
This position is responsible for:

• Support online enrolments including student registration and ensuring there are no Timetable clashes after class selection,
• Support current students with online enrolment and Timetable selection,
• Assist with timetable changes and manual enrolments once online enrolments have closed.
• Assist in answering emails and online enquiries.

About You
To succeed in this role you must have:

• Demonstrated excellence in the quality customer service,
• Strong IT skills in a range of software applications and databases as well as proficiency in MS Office,
• A valid working with Children check or willing to obtain one.
• Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• (Desirable) experience in a similar role in the education sector.
