We’re looking for a Digital Campaigns Specialist to join the Future Students Unit team! Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns and Digital, the role will manage all aspects of the campaign including research, media planning and budgeting, audience segment targeting, ad copy writing and landing page development, performance optimisation, testing and reporting.
This role will be responsible for executing domestic and international student recruitment, conversion and brand campaigns for UTS College. The activities conducted in this role will be crucial in supporting the organisations’ student recruitment and agent targets.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
Key responsibilities of this role:

Campaign strategy and Execution - Developing and executing integrated paid marketing campaign strategies domestically and internationally to support UTS College’s recruitment objectives.

Campaign tracking & optimization - Set up and manage GTM tracking and campaign goals, analyse performance, optimise live campaigns, and deliver clear, actionable dashboards and insights to stakeholders.

Website and landing pages - Support website content updates, contribute to the new website project from a campaign best practice perspective, and lead the delivery of high-performing campaign landing pages.

Agent VIP program - Deliver the Agent VIP program in collaboration with the Marketing team, support agent-led campaigns, report on program effectiveness, build strong relationships, and recommend improvements.

SEO & AI optimization -Support SEO initiatives and Gen-AI enhancements by researching search and AI chat usage trends and applying insights to advertising strategies and campaign execution.
About you
You will have:
- At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful end to end campaigns with experience in international markets. (Background and knowledge of the China digital landscape would be highly desirable)
- Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics 4 and history of producing campaign reports
- Strong knowledge and experience in best practice advertising across Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Meta and Tik Tok.
- Experience in maintaining websites including updating content, optimising for conversion and best practice UX
- Solid understanding of latest advertising and technology AI driven trends and best practice
- Excellent copywriting skills to apply to ads and landing pages
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Cross-cultural respect and understanding
