UTS College operates in the dynamic pathway space, with students from over 75 countries across the world, including Australia. Our main operations are in Sydney on the UTS campus, and we also operate a college in Sri Lanka and deliver our programs through a network of institutional partnerships in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, South Korea and China.
Our programs include Academic English, UTS Foundation Studies, Diplomas, Graduate Certificates and the Cambridge International AS and A Levels (our new A and AS Level qualification).
We are now seeking an Executive Director, Future Students who will play a critical role in driving the College’s recruitment agenda, strengthens pipelines into UTS, and ensures that future student experiences reflect our commitment to student success.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer at UTS College, the Executive Director, Future Students is a key member of the Executive Team. This role will provide strategic leadership across domestic and international recruitment, marketing, admissions, and student conversion, ensuring UTS College remains competitive, innovative, and responsive to market trends.
With extensive senior leadership experience in student recruitment and transnational education within higher education, the successful candidate will bring a proven track record delivering enrolment growth and conversion outcomes across domestic and international markets. The ability to lead the development of marketing strategies that support recruitment objectives along with a deep understanding of international student recruitment models, agent networks and relationships and market dynamics will be required.
This role works closely with UTS partners, international and domestic education stakeholders, and internal UTS College stakeholders and departments to deliver sustainable growth and high‑quality outcomes.
