We are looking for a seasoned Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to lead and facilitate change across UTS College on a 12 month fixed term contract. The OCM ensures that students, employees and key stakeholders are informed, engaged, prepared and supported throughout change initiatives—reinforced by clear and timely communication that builds trust and drives successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute the overall Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy for UTS College to deliver transformational and cultural change which responds to current and future needs
Build and strengthen senior stakeholder relationships, proactively influencing and partnering to maximise change awareness and benefits realisation
Create and implement a change management framework, change plans and schedules, incorporating any required tools and processes
Deliver consistent, high quality change outcomes, with a focus on staff and student wellbeing and performance
Support and coach senior leaders, people managers and supervisors to drive faster adoption while supporting benefits realisation
Design and deliver end-to-end change management plans to support critical business projects: data strategy implementation, cybersecurity uplift, ERP, Finance system replacement
Manage the ITDS communications strategy, narrative, and editorial calendar for ITDS operations, transformation and key projects
Craft clear, audience specific content: executive messages, FAQs, all hands meetings, intranet pages, newsletters, email campaigns, video scripts, slideware, and service announcements
Required Skills & Experience:
Significant experience in developing strategy, frameworks, tools, templates and processes
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders to maximize change awareness and benefit realisation
Experience in designing and delivering change management plans for major initiatives
Highly experienced in developing and executing communication plans
Significant experience in conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, sentiment analysis, and adoption analysis.
Skilled in change implementation, transition and embedding
Demonstrated success in leadership and team coaching and capacity building
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
7–10+ years of organisational change management experience in project based or operational environments, with strong capability as a OCM
Proven success delivering change in complex, fast paced environments with diverse functions and shifting priorities
Advanced skills in M365 (SharePoint, Teams), PowerPoint, CMS tools (SharePoint), email campaign tools (Dynamics, HubSpot), survey tools (Microsoft Forms), and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Visio).
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and standard project/change toolkits (Jira, Azure DevOps, RAID logs, change calendars).
