We currently have the opportunity for a Regional Operations Coordinator to join the UTS College Sri Lanka team on a full-time fixed term basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager (based in Sydney) within the Future Students Unit, the role will provide administrative and coordination support to the FSU Operations team based in Sydney and partially to Sales & Marketing in Colombo.
This is a 12-month contract with a possibility of permanent placement on mutual agreement.
Job Profile
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring the Education Agent contract register, renewing contracts and updating commission rates where required.
Updating Education Agent information changes, branch additions and contact details in all registers and systems. (Student Management System, Studylink)
Coordinate departmental procurement in line with UTS College procedures including; purchase order management, invoice processing, vendor/ staff liaison and communications with the Finance team.
Maintain all relevant registers, calendars, databases and systems and ensure they are updated regularly.
Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing Sri Lanka with student activities.
Assist with compiling and providing regular reports on students’ recruitment, pipeline and transfers.
Support with Students Ambassador activities/ content.
Coordinate testimonials and funnel to relevant channels.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Experience working in a similar role that requires coordination and operational support. (ideally across multiple geographical locations)
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy and excellent time management skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds.
