We currently have the opportunity for a Web Specialist – SL to join the UTS College Sri Lanka team on a full-time fixed term basis. Reporting to the Manager, Digital and Campaigns (based in Sydney), the role will oversee our portfolio of websites. 

This is a 12-month contract with a possibility of permanent placement on mutual agreement. 

Job Profile  
Key responsibilities: 

• Implement and ensure governance across site portfolio is adhered to by all editors and framework is updated as required. 

• Conduct regular audits across our site portfolio checking content and brand guidelines are maintained and best web practices are adhered to. 

• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver best practice digital solutions working with inhouse designers, copywriters and the front-end developer. 

• Work with the digital performance and marketing teams to recommend, set up and support test and learn campaigns using current CMS capabilities.  

• Lead the CMS upgrade feasibility project. 

• Delivery, implementation and monitoring of SEO web strategy. 

• Work with the senior front-end developer to deliver a web editor training program. 

Candidate Profile 

To succeed in this role, you must have: 

• Experience working in a similar role that requires governance, maintenance and auditing, across websites. 

• Strong experience in content and user experience (UX) best practices. 

• Proven ability in SEO strategy and utilizing CMS tools. 

• Experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders. 

• High level of attention to detail, accuracy and excellent time management skills. 

• Ability to self-manage workload and priorities.
