We currently have the opportunity for a Partner Coordinator - Indonesia to join our Future Students Unit team. The purpose of this role is to support UTS College’s business targets by recruiting quality students. The role also responsible to build and nurture UTS College high school engagement program in Indonesia, as well as providing recruitment (applications), administrative and logistical support for Indonesia team.
This is a full time fixed term position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
About the role
This position is responsible for:
- Supporting Partner Manager with High School events, agent exhibitions, seminars, and other student recruitment events
- Building relationships with key high schools through various engagement activities
- Creating High School engagement plan and building UTS and UTS College brand awareness and pipeline from those Schools
- Supporting Partner Managers with local administrative works such as office expenses, agent invoice & PO submission, commission follow up, etc
- Coordinating marketing materials, merchandise, and logistical support for events, roadshows and other key initiatives and delivery
- Supporting marketing and other social media initiatives as required
- Assisting new and existing student enquiries as required by working with internal relevant stakeholders
- Visiting and conducting training for agents and their staff on UTS College courses, admissions requirements and procedures
- Supporting other regions’ Partner Managers/Coordinators when they are taking leave/time off.
About you
To succeed in this role you must have:
- A Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 year experience (experience in international education, sales or marketing will be highly beneficial). Experience as an international student would be well-regarded
- Demonstrates a passion for working with students and their career aspirations
- Clear and personable communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to effectively solo
- High degree of skill in Microsoft Office, and ability to work with systems
- Aligned with UTS College vision, purpose, Code of Ethics and operating principles
